Open the Content Manager (the library window). Your new free pack will be categorized under "Templates" or the specific vendor’s name. Drag and drop into your scene.

Click the cloud icon next to the pack. iClone 8 will automatically download the files and place them in your custom directory (default: Documents/Reallusion/... ). You do not need to unzip files manually.
