Some were ecstatic about portable gameplay, while others criticized the $49.99 price tag for a 2010 title. Regardless of the debate, the fact remains: having John Marston’s journey on a hybrid console is a technical marvel.
If you have a modded Switch (using Atmosphere or SXOS), applying the latest is straightforward: Step 1: Verify Your Base Game Ensure you have the base game ( Red Dead Redemption [01007820196AA000][v0].nsp or XCI) installed. Without the base, the update is useless. Step 2: Download the 1.0.3 NSP Update You will find the file labeled similarly to: Red Dead Redemption [01007820196AA000][v65536].nsp (Note: v65536 is the hex code equivalent for version 1.0.3 on many release sites).
For the homebrew community, this 850 MB update is a mandatory download. Just ensure your firmware (17.0.1) and sigpatches are current, use DBI for a clean install, and always back up your saves. The wild west is unforgiving—both in-game and on the technical side—but with this update, John Marston’s quest has never looked better on the go.

Desktop Access is available to all subscribers. A subscription can be purchased by creating an account within the “Manage Subscription” section from the side menu of the mobile app.
After you purchase a subscription, you can download the native application from radaromega.com. We support Windows, Mac and Linux. You cannot access RadarOmega via a web browser.
Once you have a subscription and RadarOmega is installed on your desktop, just login with your account information to access your subscription features on desktop!
